Terrible plumbing company. Very aggressive with advertising. Will you give $500 off their ridiculous prices if you refer another unfortunate victim. They are not upfront with their fees or provide estimates in violation of Nevada Revised Statutes 624.970. Charged me $426.57 to install a fill valve in a toilet using a part that the plumber admitted cost $10. Took less than 15 minutes to do. I could have bought a whole new toilet and had it installed for less. Then the hose disconnected after they left and it leaked all over the floor. Plumber said they charge $289 per hour and charged another $633 for other work and a dispatch fee of $125 in addition. They were not upfront that a dispatch fee would be charged in addition to whatever time was spent. They are not up front with their billing practices like other plumbers. Charged my credit card without approval. Avoid them.

We replaced our home hearing system. We met with Ryan to talk through our current system and what options we might need. He was not pushy, knowledgeable and spent time looking at what we had. We decided to price
out our options for a new system.
Kirk came the same week. Again not pushy, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We priced our options out. Kirk left us estimates on two models. We took a couple of days and signed the estimate.
Two weeks later a crew came to take out the old unit and install the new unit! We had three techs who removed and installed the new unit in one day!!! Ryan returned to fi the install along with Hugo and Eric! Good communication, good skills and a great product!!
This will be a lifetime relationship!

Geothermal Heating or Cooling System - Service
They showed up late, didn't finish the job, and tried to bill us for the whole job another plumber had to finish. Not a quality company and owner is dishonest.

"This review is completely irrational, as we completed the work that was signed and approved, by this customer; then invoiced and have yet to be paid in full for the work completed. We have pictures, and time sheets from this job. Not to mention the GPS on each company vehicle."

Ask them how much is the service call before they come out. They charge us more then their fee. A part needed to be ordered and they did not call to tell me they were coming back to put it on. When they were replacing the part they realized they ordered the wrong part and put an old part they had in the truck, they charged me for a new part.

Called the Friday before the 4th of July holiday. Responded w/I 15min with an apt time same day. Arrived on-time. Attempted to fix existing disposal; unfixable. Replaced disposal quickly. Only issue was with cleanliness. Nothing horrible just not cleaned up to my standards.

Water Heater - Repair or Service
We are not rating this company, as they did not do any work for us. There was a misunderstanding and it turns out they only do plumbing work and we had a problem with our hot water heater. We did still have to pay a $95 call out fee.
