We primarily service the South Lake Tahoe and Carson Valley regions from installation to repairs. Our services range from sewer/water mains to both conventional and tankless water heaters, all residential and commercial plumbing, all residential and commercial air conditioning, ventilation, and heating systems, including solar heater systems, radiant heating systems, gas piping, and septic pumping. Drain Clog or Blockage - Clear
Mike and Aiden came to clear sewer line from clean out at house to the front of our yard. They ran the camera through and found tree roots in pipe. They ran the pipe several times pulling roots out of pipe. Both Mike and Aiden were very professional and knowledgeable about their work. Will use Riley Plumbing the next time I need work done.

Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes - Repair or Replace - For Business
Two years ago Riley Plumbing and Heating replaced the corroded galvanized water pipe from the street meter to my house, so I was very surprised to have another water leak in the back yard last month. Riley Plumbing came out again, and found that the new leak was due to another corroded galvanized pipe that was supplying water to the back yard irrigation system. They replaced this pipe, tying the water supply to the irrigation system to the water line they installed two years ago. Mike Rojas, Luis Ortiz and Aiden did the work in a professional manner, and left the back yard in good shape for re-seeding this fall. (Hopefully no more corroded pipes in my yard!)

They showed up late, didn't finish the job, and tried to bill us for the whole job another plumber had to finish. Not a quality company and owner is dishonest.

"This review is completely irrational, as we completed the work that was signed and approved, by this customer; then invoiced and have yet to be paid in full for the work completed. We have pictures, and time sheets from this job. Not to mention the GPS on each company vehicle."

Central A/C - Service or Repair
Ask them how much is the service call before they come out. They charge us more then their fee. A part needed to be ordered and they did not call to tell me they were coming back to put it on. When they were replacing the part they realized they ordered the wrong part and put an old part they had in the truck, they charged me for a new part.

Called the Friday before the 4th of July holiday. Responded w/I 15min with an apt time same day. Arrived on-time. Attempted to fix existing disposal; unfixable. Replaced disposal quickly. Only issue was with cleanliness. Nothing horrible just not cleaned up to my standards.

Water Heater - Repair or Service
We are not rating this company, as they did not do any work for us. There was a misunderstanding and it turns out they only do plumbing work and we had a problem with our hot water heater. We did still have to pay a $95 call out fee.
