Very thorough work. Made sure skylight was fitted properly and waterproofed the roofing around it. Even made sure colors matched the house/roof. Great customer service. I would definitely call again if I need waterproofing and roof repair.

Had A guy come out to an elderly ladys home. For a roof leak. The repair guy charged 350.00 for 3 tubs of caulk and 45mins of work. The repair man told the home owner that there was a down pour of rain (STORM) coming and should be fixed so the home owner paid the very high price of 350.00 for a very small job.

"Facts: Prior to any work being performed we let the customer know our scope of work and cost. The customer agreed and wanted her roof not to leak. We hand sealed over 50 shingles in that were lifted and allowing wind driven rain to enter the interior. We stopped the leak from causing further interior damage. We did not charge any additional charges or try to up sell services the customer did not need. The final fact I would like to mention is that the person who wrote this review was not a party to the transaction. I am glad that the leak was repaired and that we had performed the job function with success for the charge that was agreed to."

RIMCO had a major challenge working on my roof. I have several surfaces and my roof replacement could not wait until spring. Their crew had to work around rain, wind, and ice situations to get it done but they got it done before first snow. I needed other work done (gutters and gap in attic) and they handled that as well. I had a leak in my basement every time it would rain. I contacted the professionals and Rimco and they came to evaluate my issue the very next day. It didn't take them very long to identify the problem. It's been 3 months now and my problem has been completely resolved.

I would and will recommend Rimco Construction to everyone I know who needs home improvement work done. Doug personally oversaw the entire project, which was amazing. The entire job took a day and a half, which was fantastic! His workers were very friendly, and were skilled and knowledgable. After each day, his workers also made sure to clean everything up, and they even stayed after the job was done to make sure my yard was clear of nails and other debris since I have two dogs. The price was the best part of all! Doug worked really hard with my insurance company and made sure they covered everything, including damage that the original adjuster missed. The final price was almost $2,000 under what I was quoted by other roofing services! Doug and his crew really care about you and your needs and work extremely hard to make you happy. Rimco Construction is easily worth 5 Stars and should be considered for all roofing needs. I want to personally say, thank you so much Doug, and I look forward to working with you on future projects.

I got a call within about 10 minutes of requesting a quote. Dennis was very personable and professional. They got the job done quickly and cleaned up after themselves. This has not always been my experience. Very happy with Rimco.

We have been trying to get someone to check these skylights for 2 years. I got a call within an hour of requesting a quote, a rep was out in two days and I had new skylights before a week. Fantastic!

On the positive side, they got me into their schedule promptly, as I had to leave town shortly. The workers were competent and cleaned up the site after they completed the repair - one day. On the negative side, the actual bill was 1/3 more than the estimate. No supporting documentation for labor or materials was presented to me, other than "it was worse than expected". Even then, a reference to a "cricket" structure was noted, although the cost of that was already included in the estimate. I expect professionals to either: provide me with a quote; an estimate that is very nearly accurate, or to make sure that I was aware of extra labor or materials required. None of these occurred.

"The 1250.00 estimated repair was increased to 1650.00 because of the concealed rotten plywood. we added 33% more material, in order to provide professional workmanship and guarantee our work.. The technician did notify the customer that there would be additional labor and material. A call was made, as well a message left. Most prudent people understand with extra material and labor there is going to be an increase. I am pleased with the 4.5 quality of work rating even though we try and accomplish a 5."
