Signed for an annual service but it took a long time and numerous phone calls to have the AC service. Turns out, for what they did, the amount was too high because nothing was really done. AC unit went out a month later and had to be replaced. We obviously went with a different company to replace it.

I called for an estimate to have a wall unit installed. (new install - so this required cutting a hole for the unit) Russ came out the same day - gave me an estimate & it was installed 2 days later. The guys that did the install were professional and did a wonderful job!

I was very happy with the service I received. The only reason it took 9 hours is because they had to wait for a new motor to be delivered and go back to the shop to pick it up before they could install it. Total working time was probably about an hour. Considering that parts had to be ordered I was very pleased that my unit was cooling again on the same day.

I have never met someone as professional and helpful than Gregg. He was able to answer all of my questions, they came out same night even though I submitted the request after regular business hours. The experience was phenomenal. I've never had a better experience with a company.

DID NOT PERFORM ALL TASKS. TRIED TO CHARGE UNUSUALLY HIGH FEE FOR INSTALLING COMMON PART.

"Our management team tried serveral time to contact this individual with no luck. This homeowner told our service tech that he could buy the part on Amazon for $59 and didn't know why we charged $169 for that part including installation. We try our best to make every customer satisfied and we tried to reach this customer but could not contact anyone to rectify or explain."
