The All Pro team and their lead Jim have great to us in a time of much distress. We cant thank them enough for their emergency dark AM call and response time coming to our rescue. All pro's support and guidance really helped put us at ease too! Highly recommend to anyone

If you have a water or other event, hire a company that will take your project through to the finish- this one WILL NOT. They will be misleading on the intake about how much they will help and say they take it to completion but don t believe them. As soon as your house is torn apart they literally stop returning your calls. They also have sketchy vendors that they refer you to and then it s your problem to deal with.

This place came highly recommended, which is why I was so shocked that I had such a difficult time working with them. There were so many things that were not the way they should be with this company, but the moral of the story is: the technicians and the people in the office do not communicate, so you can not really trust what anyone says without verifying with several other people. We were told we had mold, then we were told the technician did not know where the mold was (what?!), then we were told that there was not actually mold. Getting invoices sent out took forever and I had to call them several times to follow up. They also told us that they would submit all subcontract invoices, but they did not and I had to follow up on that as well. It was just too much stress added onto an already stressful situation and I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a mitigation company.
Response by All Pro Restoration: We would like to offer up an explanation for what transpired on this loss. It is unfortunate that there was so much confusion on this loss, that resulted in an unhappy customer. Per industry standards, we performed pre-indoor air quality testing on the entire home. This testing did suggest elevated mold spores in an area of the home that was not part of the water loss we were hired to mitigate. We actually did try and follow protocol to filtrate the air in this particular room, with the use of an air scrubber, but the homeowner asked us to remove the air scrubber for fear it would not be covered by insurance. We honored this request and had it removed the following day. We never billed for the use of this equipment. This would generally be considered good customer service. We also had this loss invoiced to the insurance company in 7 days from the date of completion, and paid by the insurance company by 5 days after that. In less than 2 weeks, this loss was billed & paid in full by insurance. When invoices were requested by the homeowner, we provided them within less than 24 hours. We feel like this is a reasonable customer service turn around time. We are sorry this customer was dissatisfied, overall. We hope to see the rating on this review improved since everything that we did was within industry standard, was timely and was paid in full by insurance.

With the recent blizzard, one of my pipes froze eventually causing my basement to flood. All Pro was able to still fit me in the same day I called. They came out and were able to remove all my standing water and the damaged drywall. However, the most upsetting part was all the belongings I've been storing in my basement were affected. From my furniture to everything in my storage boxes were wet. All Pro pack out all my belongings, clean and restore everything that was salvageable. All Pro saved not only my home but my personal belongings.
