Rincon fence tore down and removed old fence and installed a beautiful wood fence With beautiful hardware , previously we had discused a special design I wanted for the Fence gates and they did a great job doing the gate design!! After fence had dried they came back and sprayed Thompson water seal and it is beautiful!!

I chose Rincon Fence Company because of the hands-on approach Mr. Wise has with his projects, the fact that his fences are assembled on-site and not prefabricated, and that he's at each project to oversee the progress. He also was able to produce the look I wanted because I needed privacy on the sides and an open view at the back so I could enjoy the woods. From quote to installation it was less than three weeks and I felt that was fair and convenient. Mr. Wise personally did the final walk-through to show me every aspect of the fence, how it was installed and answered my questions. I'm extremely pleased and recommend Rincon Fence Company to anyone who wants a quality fence that will last many years.

Dwight was patient and professional. He explained the quality of the fencing materials as having a life-time warranty and also guaranteed his work for a year. He responded to my phone calls by calling back or sending text messages. i felt a bit apprehensive at first but Dwight made me feel comfortable by addressing my questions and making himself available when I called or text. He also went the extra mile in rechecking the measurements for the fence installation through the property manager as not to go over the agreed upon layout. I am recommending Rincon Fence Company to my sister. Dwight was great!

Dwight is prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. If there were 10 stars available, that s what we d give him. We would use him again and will recommend him to people who ask if we know a fence guy.

The crew was there when they said and work is good

I talked to Dwight and I explained what I needed done to our new home. He came out and looked at the house and work to be performed and gave us a reasonable price. He was booked with scheduled jobs, so we hired him to do the work while we were away. He called and said the job was completed and when we got back to look over his work and he would correct anything that we didn't like. We got home and the job was amazing. We called him and told him of the great job he did and had no issues with his work. My family will need to have their fences fixed and or replaced and definately recommend him to anyone. My family is going to hire him when they are ready too.

Rincon Fence Company did an amazing job installing my fence. They always had time for a question I asked while installing. Very meticulous with the installation. Cleaned up and removed garbage and wiped dirt off the fence too to make sure it was clean before they left. Thanks Dwight and mostly Drew and his worker for my BEAUTIFUL VINYL FENCE!!!

While my fence is nice, the entire process lacked communication and follow through. I contacted Dwight mid-March for a quote on a new fence. He was very quick in coming out to do this (March 21st), which was encouraging. He told me the cost, and I told him I would let him know. I contacted him two days later to let him know that we would like to go through with the install. He showed up that Tuesday (the 26th) to get my deposit. He told me that the start time was 4-6 weeks, it was his busy season. I said I understood. I did not hear a thing for close to two months and finally called to see what was going on (May 14th) Dwight said he was busy but would be out the next day. May 15th he came out took down part of my fence and put up a couple of posts. I figured he would be back that week to complete the job. The week ended and my fence was not up yet, so I called on May 22, and he said he would be out the next day (23rd). He came out and put the boards up, but still did not complete the job. There was another side of the fence that needed to be replaced and another part that needed to be taken out completely. This time he told me he was going out of town for a week and would finish once he got back. On June 2nd, I still had not heard back from Dwight about finishing. While opening my gate, it completely fell off, both sides were laying flat on the ground. I called Dwight and told him, thankfully he came that day to fix it. June 4th, he finally came back and finished the fence. It started raining and he said he would be back to haul away the old fence. June 24th my old fence was still in a pile in my backyard! No call or update on when he would come back. I called him numerous time, leaving voice mails to please come to get the old fence. About a week later he finally came and got it, but he did not get all of it, as I still have pallets of the fence in my yard. The entire ordeal was stressful, lacking communication, and overall a huge headache.

Did an excellent job. Would not hesitate to call him again.

very nice gentlemen and was able to submit my ideas for fencing and Mr Wise was a man of his word and showed up and finished right when he said they would. I understand why you have to book 4 to 5 weeks out, he is extremely good. I wish I could have picked the right Landscaper but that is behind us anyway.

Great customer service, value, work, materials, and scheduling. Price was exceptional for the quality of everything. We spoke to another contractor in the area, and I felt that he saw two women and the letters, ATM. I didn’t feel this way when Rincon Fence came to speak with us. I was in a dilemma until I met Mr. Wise, the owner. I am a senior citizen and was left vulnerable after a building was demolished next to me. In addition, I had health problem that needed attention. Mr. Wise came to my rescue. He was friendly, considerate, and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and explained how he could help me. He was not like other contractors I have hired. In fact, I was amazed to see him on the job and working with the men until the work was completed and met my expectations. The quality of work and materials used were fantastic. When I saw the completed project I was astonished. I have more fence work that is needed, and believe me, I will call Mr. Wise at Rincon Fencing. If anyone wants to see my completed fence, they are welcome to come by. I highly recommend Rincon Fencing. I now have peace of mind and can take care of my health.
