I think because of the weather(wind), we were lucky to have them available on such short notice. They are a higher quality company which normally means they are on bigger jobs than ours. if you can get them, they show up on time and work quickly and are really reasonable. I feel quite safe about the work they did since electrical is nothing to fool around with. (Ive done my own in the past and always had some second thoughts about it).

Rio Electric showed up and got the job done with instructions about location and how to contact my tenants in who's unit there was an electrical problem.

Leroy and his crew were responsive, friendly and professional. There was a bit of miscommunication about exactly what would be done in what sequence, but they did a great job, and they did it quickly.

Dishonest. He didn't need to fix anything and tried to charged me 85 dollars for coming out but I paid 80 dollars.

They came to my home the day I called them, unlike other electricians who gave me a two week window, and Rio let me know if they were going to be a few minutes late. The two gentlemen who came were friendly, easy to work with, and highly skilled. They did an excellent job checking outlets and installed lighting fixtures. Within minutes of requesting a referral for an electrician I received a call from Leroy at Rio Electric. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to schedule me the next day. Leroy patiently explained to us some of the features of our household electrical system and taught us how to do minor maintenance. The electrician was very professional. He was on time. He repaired a plug, which want ,unchanged work, but since the appliance had caught on fire, he could have told us anything, and we would have believed him, so I think he was honest and charged less,than I had expected.

Awesome job!! knowledgeable, professional very reassuring. I plan on using them again for a large job. He was familiar with the very odd wiring in my home. He even made my elderly mom comfortable.
