Eric was great! He explained every aspect of the inspection in detail. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The report was completed and given to us well before the 72 hour time period. Eric used thermal imaging and other state of the art equipment to ensure that every aspect was covered.

Originally we had an inspector that our buyer's agent recommended, but talking to friends they recommended to hire someone not tied to our agent and they recommended Eric as he had done great job for them. We were so glad we hired Eric (in addition to the original inspector). The reports were day and night: whereas the original inspector found no major issue, Eric provided us a 29-page report that included major issues in the roof, fire escape, plumbing, HVAC and electrical. Because of Eric's due diligence and detail we were able to negotiate significantly with the seller of the house. Ironically, Eric's price was even more affordable than the original inspector the buyer's agent recommended. We were first time home buyers and were so lucky to hear about Eric's great work and hired him as an additional inspector---he was worth every penny and more.

Extremely professional! Eric provided us with a very thorough, detailed inspection report, even offering to discuss it in person in case we had questions. He was very quick to reply to every message, and obviously understood that time is critical in a home purchase.
