Rios Renovations

Edwin and his crew did a bathroom remodel for us and scraped our popcorn ceiling and patched the ceiling. Everything looks great! We are very happy with the craftsmanship.

Rios Renovations did an excellent job in repairing drywall in our downstairs caused by a leak. He was prompt in providing us with an estimate and started the work within a couple of days. Mr Rios showed up on time and was very professional. He always left the worksite clean. The finished drywall was smooth and met our expectations. We would definitely recommend Rios Renovations and will plan to use them in the future for other projects.

I hired Rios Renovations to paint the interior of the house we just bought. It needed some updates, and I asked them to paint the walls and window/door trim white. They were fantastic and the crew completed the painting in a few days! They paid attention to detail and the work was done very well. I am very happy with the results and will hire them to paint my basement soon as well. Since I was so happy with the painting I then hired them to install my LVP flooring. I was also very happy with the results of this work and impressed with how quickly it was done and how wonderful the floors look. I highly recommend Mr. Rios and his team for any project you need completed. He is professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and prompt. I chose my paint color and bought the supplies needed, and the same with the flooring (which he picked up for me for a better price than the flooring store for delivery.) Mr. Rios also helps with other things like taking the old carpet to the dump.

I hired Mr. Rios to redo are upcoming nursery. The room was in bad shape, Mr. Rios came and gave us an honest assessment of what needed to be done. Mr. Rios was honest and professional and did an outstanding job. The room was taken down to the studs, had to be leveled, sub flooring added, insulation, new dry wall, ceiling, trim, floors and paint. The room looks incredible, Mr. Rios made sure everything was done correct and amazing attention to detail. I would highly recommend Mr. Rios for any future home renovations. I've included pictures from all the work done and again I can't express how happy we are with the completed work.
