I am trying to get in touch with Rios to come and finish the job I hired him for. I stated that I wanted two trees severely trimmed and a dead small tree removed. The dead tree was removed and from pictures taken by my property manager, next to nothing was taken off the trees as far as trimming. The front yard tree is still huge and hanging over the neighbors property! He has been advised by my Propertry Mgr. there will be no payment until WE are happy, Not him. He refuses to come back, says the tree is as large as it should be!.

"The small dead tree was a 36 inch chinese tallow over fence and house, 20% of a ?heritage live oak? has been trimmed, 25% off fruit tree trimmed. All debris hauled off for 1150 and Mr angel wants 50 of the live oak gone and same for fruit tree. This is against Ansi standards and my professional standard. He was charged 150 per tree and 800 for the 36 inch small tree removal. When dealing with large overgrown Heritage Live Oaks 20% may seem like nothing!!! But as a professional not much more can be done. We are in texas and mr angel in california and does things differently there i expect."

Mario was very responsive and provided what I felt was a fair bid (after talking with 3 different companies). It was very easy to schedule them to come do the work, and they arrived early and ready to work. I had a tree removed and another large tree trimmed. They were very careful and also very tidy! When they had cleaned up all the debris from the trees, they even raked some of the leaves. I would recommend Rios Tree Service, and will call them again the next time I have tree work to do.

the guys came in & cut down my 70 foot tall ash tree in my front yard. Worked hard , loaded the tree on their trailor to haul away and cleaned up the yard very well. efficient and thorough in getting the job done in only 4 to 5 hours.
