Manuel did not stand by his warranty. The fence poles were loose, and the fence was wobbly. I contacted him, but he was not willing to work with me on making repairs. I do not recommend using this business.

This guy, Manny, will show up to your home and promise you quality work to defend his high prices. What you really get is someone who overbooks his jobs so he is constantly making excuses why he did not show up on the day he claimed he was available. It took Manny almost 2 months to complete 50% of the project. (we hired another contractor that finished in 1 week including redoing his terrible job.) and when I finally said enough and asked for a refund, he blocked my number and ghosted me. Small claims incoming, Manuel. **Do not hire this Scammer**

Manuel does not have the talent, the motivation, or the basic interpersonal skills it takes to run a successful business. He is not professional in any sense of the word. Oh, and he's a scam artist. More on that later. I originally hired him to replace some wood rot on our back exterior wall. He told us we had more wood rot up front and charged us $2500- with $1000 upfront for materials. He said that "yes, it's pricey, but you pay for quality, and it comes with a 10 year guaranteed warranty" He later said that our HOA only allowed a specific type of material and it would be an extra $2000 for this special material from New Mexico that matched the HOA s guidelines (I later confirmed with our HOA he never sent them a sample like he said) We hired him in AUGUST 2021, he tore down our wall trim and side beams and left them exposed until SEPTEMBER when we complained and he came and did some bad cover up work. In this process he damaged the non-damaged parts of our wall. He came and BOARDED OVER OUR DRYER VENT so that we couldn't use our dryer, and ghosted and never returned no matter how often we asked him when he would come back and finish the job. We had to hire a real professional to come fix the original siding we requested, and to fix the damage that Manuel left. Now, on to the scam part. He said we had termites and mold and charged us around $10,000 to treat both and keep our exterior trim warranty. When I tried to call the chemical company he used and got a dead number, I knew it was all a lie. I had professional, licensed mold and termite inspectors come and confirm that we never had termites or mold, and what Manuel did was not how you would treat termites and mold, and itâ s illegal to not give us the chemical names that he used. So I'm putting this review out here to warn other potential victims.

So I wanted numerous things are done to my house, a new privacy fence, a new paint job on the outside of the house and to extend my porch. When he was here 3 days was good! There was a lot of miscommunication, I told him I wanted a complete back fence and only charged me to half of my back yard to be complete so I had to spend another 2k to finish the other side. The whole contract was supposed to be done by 10/5 and I paid him in full on the 5th because I had the impression it was going to be done. He tells me something happened with another customer and he left the project for two weeks and he just came back to finish the fence job on 20th.. in the contract I had in there for paint and trim done on the outside of my house. The house has a bunch of shadows and he did not even bother with my trim. Did he tell me was gonna come back? he never texted or called?I just want my money back on the paint. It looks like a two-year-old did it. Its so embarrassing?. He is not a professional in painting.. the fence is okay and the small little extension of my porch is the only thing I like? My lawyer will be involved in the house. He did not complete the contract and we agreed to be done by the 5th. DONT RECOMMENDED..also I asked for an itemized bill and he did not give me one. I am requesting the company to mail me an itemized bill.

Very professional and finished project within our time frame. Very affordable as well.

Didnâ t show up to do the work when expected. Cross boards are uneven. Gaps in some areas of the fence. Told he would put 6 nails and 3 screws in each picket. Didnâ t happen. Used extensions on the existing poles and never cut them down so they stick up over the fence. Looks horrible keeps saying he will come back to finish but never shows.

Highly irresponsible. He does have a talent but he needs to get his behavior corrected to be able to progress.

Hired to build a privacy fence, paid for all materials upfront, and paid half labor cost. The other half of the fence after my inground pool was complete. Once the pool was complete I was told he would come back to finish the job. Now I cannot get an estimated date for completion and he is not responding to texts or phone calls. DO NOT PAY FOR MATERIALS UPFRONT! The last thing I was told was my pool contractor took too long and that he has 17 jobs in front of me now. Small claims court coming soon if I get no response!

i would honestly say i have never hired someone so honest and so determined to finish a job for us like they did i would recommend them 100%

After a slow start, he finally brought the catio over. Instead of building it at my location, they built it elsewhere and brought it over. It looked okay but after a few days a couple of flaws became apparent. I have called and texted several times with NO response. He will not answer his phone or texts. I paid him what I thought was a lot for the job and expected that he would make the corrections. I definitely am disappointed in his company and your service. I seem to have no recourse. I spent more money than I intended and cannot believe that this is how elderly people are treated.

They didnt install the fence properly. Messed up our sprinkler system. Wouldnt return phone calls or come back to fix things.

Does quality work, quickly and efficiently. Explains in details about the situation and kept us posted about new developments.

Manny was very respectful,honest and on time.

They ar very professional they completely the job in a timely maner everything was 100% done right i would definitely recommend them

The poles he set for fencing are not in line. He is not liable and not trustworthy. He kept delaying the project to 1 1/2 week later than decided on.

Our fence that was built by this company, fell down and had to he rebuilt by a legitimate company. DONT HIRE THIS GUY, HE DOESNT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING

They do everything very professionally, they have good time management, when they say they are going to get something done they get it done.
