Mr. Rippel arrived on time. The removal and install of the water heater was more complicated than anticipated as the builder had built the closet around the heater. Mr. Rippel had to remove the door frame and some surrounding wood to remove the old heater and install the new one. He had to leave to get additional supplies and combined that trip with his lunch so as not to charge us travel time. His labor cost was VERY REASONABLE!! I would highly recommend him.
