Window Cleaning
I did hire him but he never did the job as there was a conflict with his time. First he indicated he would be here in the afternoon, then after I text him he said 3:30, then it was 4:40. My time is as valuable as a contractors time but after going back and forth I told him not to come I had already waited all afternoon was not going to wait any longer, even with the generous discount he wanted to give me. Was very disappointed with the outcome.

I was 30 minutes away from your location after updating you all morning and in the evening that I will be arriving at that time and you canceled very last minute. I value your time just as much as mines which is why I kept you updated and you were okay with the time then oddly canceled very last minute on the time we had agreed on. ? thank you"

Gutters & Downspouts Cleaning Service
This week I requested them to clean the gutter and solar and remove pigeon nest under the solar and install new bird guard around the solar. He was too friendly, handled things correctly, and finished too professionally. As a bonus, I also cleaned the washer ventilation system.
The price is also negotiable.
I am going to request what I need for a house work in the future.

I had my Govee lights installed about a year ago now, everything was done beyond expectations. Everything cut and installed to length no slack or lights where I wouldn’t want there to be.
All lights are working perfectly fine going into our second Christmas with them.
