Riptide Remodeling LLC

Rich handled the inspection and quote well, making the decision easy. I didn't feel as if I was being taken advantage of or pressured into making a decision. His inspection was thorough, and he showed me the real status of my attic and roof from the inside. The quote was more than fair, and I could actually hear them going through each phase of the process as he had explained it to me. The crew came to drop off the materials as he said and completed the job as expected. I highly recommend the Riptide Remodeling team.

Contract signed. Work to begin soon

Rich and Mike did an amazing job going over the multiple options they thought would be best for our family. We’re extremely happy with the windows and doors. Every step of the process was seamless and I never felt like I was being sold. No scripted sales pitches or 50% of deals and discounts. Just one honest quote that was inline with the other companies best deals. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

One of the company owners (Rich) came and gave us an estimate for roof replacement that was very fair, compared to an estimate we had received from a prominent national company. Rich was pleasant, honest and straightforward, very easy to work with. The work was done when he promised it would be and we are very happy with the finished product. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, Riptide Remodeling, to anyone looking to replace their roof. They also replaced our shutters very nicely.

I don’t think I could have asked for a better roof replacement experience than the one I had with Rich and Mike of Riptide Remodeling. After meeting with 6 different companies ( Riptide was the last of the 6 ), I’m so glad I chose them for this project. From Rich’s no nonsense review and plan to address my roofing issues to Mike’s stellar customer service, they both communicated and kept me apprised throughout the entire process. I’m so glad they are local and there is definitely something to be said for working directly with the owners of the company you’re dealing with. Rich suggested solutions that I’d never even heard of from the other five companies. Do yourself a huge favor and START your process with Riptide Remodeling!!

Riptide remodeled our bathroom and did an amazing job! Mr. Rich is the absolute best, he’s a kind person as well as being straight forward honest person. Mr. Mike is an awesome person also. I genuinely appreciate their kindness they stay on the job until the job is completely finished. I would honestly recommend them to anyone that needs to have work done in their home. They go above and beyond to ensure that you as the customer is satisfied. Thank you Riptide for being such a great company to work with!! Compared to the other companies that we received estimates from Riptide had the absolute best price.

I am very pleased with the job Rich and his team did.

Riptide Remodeling did an outstanding job replacing our entire roof (including the sheathing) at our home in Stevensville, MD. Mike and Rich were professional, informative, and kept us updated every step of the way. Their crew worked efficiently, did a very clean job, and left everything spotless. The pricing was very competitive, and the quality of the work exceeded expectations. Highly recommend Riptide Remodeling if you want honest communication and top-notch craftsmanship!

I had Riptide Remodeling out for an estimate on a roof repair and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They offered a fair price, scheduled the work fast, and finished the repair within the same week. The result looks great and they did a careful, thorough job replacing the shingles on my dormer that were damaged from weather. I received other quotes that were more expensive, so their value and quality really stood out. Anyone needing a home repair or update should absolutely consider this company.

From Sales to installation of my tub-shower conversion very professional. job well done. One issue I think was my fault there is no place to set a bar of soap of shampoo. I assumed that no installation product comes with such a place. Not so; so don't forget to ask and/or request. I still would recommend Riptide for sure.

Rich and Mike at Riptide remodeling were the pinnacle of professionalism. They provided topnotch communication throughout the entire process of having a new roofing system installed on my home. This came at an exceptional bargin while still receiving top of the line product. If you have roofing or any remodeling needs, you would be foolish to not use riptide as your contractor of choice.

Riptide did an incredible job replacing our old, leaky roof. They were professional, courteous and flexible in working with our schedule. I also found their pricing to be very reasonable and their product high quality after shopping many options. We’ve already referred their services to our neighbors and will look to use them again when we start replacing our doors and windows.

Had an all-around fantastic experience with Riptide Remodeling! They did a great job explaining what options we had to replace our existing tub. From there the communication with the install team was wonderful and they were quick and efficient. I’m excited to use Riptide as a future partner in the future and would highly recommend

I knew our roof was getting up in age so I called Riptide Remodeling. Mike and his team were very professional, getting the job done quickly. From the start their team was able to walk me through the details of the project. Couldn’t be happier with the end product.

Riptide Remodeling is terrific! Rich, our sales consultant, asked questions and listened to our needs. He did a a full inspection (including getting in my attic), and offered recommended solutions to our issues. He explained everything clearly and showed us why we needed to have the project done with pictures and explanations. I'm very impressed with their knowledge, professionalism, and customer service!
