I was greeted at the door by Stephen. I went over all the areas of concern with him. He took great interest in my concerns and answered all my questions. He went about and did his work thoroughly. He even checked back in with me before leaving I was assured my concerns were addressed and I felt confident the job was well done and it was. Stephen was very polite and professional.

I can now go in the basement without running into spider webs or see spiders scurrying around! I am very pleased with Rise Pest Control for explaining the spider cycle and taking care of them. Outside insect protection has also be awesome. I have recommended Rise to several friends/neighbors.

Rise has always been extremely polite and helpful! We've certainly noticed less bugs since starting treatment, though there's no way to know how much of that is due to their quarterly preventive services. My only complaint is that when calling for an "emergency" such as having an any infestation in the kitchen, it takes a very long time for a technician to be able to come out. I'm talking weeks!
