Excellent customer service from Letty in scheduling appointment. Inspector, Jonathan, was very professional. He inspected and assessed foundation findings. Top of the art tools were used in inspection. Conclusion: No damage found. But awesome company to work with. Would hire this company if needed on foundation issues. Absolutely fantastic experience with these guys! We were needing slab foundation work done for one of our rental properties. The house had been leveled with concrete piers twice in the last 13 years and needed to be done again. It was clear concrete wasn't going to work a 3rd time so I started shopping steel systems. I was searching who in town was pulling foundation permits and noticed Risen Foundation Solutions multiple times. Gave them a call and from start to finish had an absolutely incredible experience. Both Jonathan and Kip are honest, kind and are driven to build a business that provides a trustworthy product to their clients. Steel is more expensive than concrete, but they manufacture their own steel components in house which helps keep costs lower than their competitors that also use steel. They communicated well, followed through on their commitments and left the job-site clean. I highly recommend them for any foundation repair job!

Risen is a very good choice for anyone who needs foundation repair. Krista was charming and answered all our questions. The work was done quickly and professionally and they cleaned the site so well that no trace was left.

We had a previous bid with a larger known company which does the majority of business in our neighborhood; I was quoted for a much higher price and less quality materials (the other bid was with concrete piers). Our house had foundation work prior to purchase with concrete piers and they barely lasted 3 years. Risen Foundation Solutions does not believe in concrete piers and uses steel piers for a much more permanent solution and was able to do it for less as well. The quality of work was top notch! They had a cancellation and were able to do work for us immediately. We had an estimate/ inspection on a Thursday. The work began on a Monday and was finished on Wednesday a total of 17 piers. Both owners Kip and Jonathan were both on site to answer questions during the duration of the job. To add a further compliment we had one pier that had to be put in the middle of the living room resulting in having to cut out the wood flooring. I was asked by Jonathan prior if I wanted to try to save the floor to which I responded yes, Jonathan was able to do some magic and removed the portion of the flooring needed to install the pier without damaging it. Additionally, after the work was finished and the concrete had died they reinstalled the floor at no additional cost. Overall, I am very pleased with the work highly recommended; this was our rental property and I will be using them again here later in the year for our primary home.
