We needed a new chimney surround as part of a home renovation project. The surround was not done correctly and caused a leak with damage. We tried to get Rising Star to fix the surround and leak, but were not successful. This became a difficult and unpleasant experience.

Received quote same day after their initial inspection of our chimney and received prompt responses to all emails. They were able to come out the same week and arrived right on time on the day of service. The crew was very courteous and explained what they were going to do. Top notch service and a very reasonable price to have new crown installed with stainless steel chimney cap and cleaning. They even removed a broken sliding screen in my fireplace! The entire job was completed in a couple of hours. Read the reviews - they are accurate based on my experience. I will definitely use this company again for future cleanings and repairs.

Tore down crumbling chimney. Rebuilt from roof. Put on cap. Looks better than original. Came as soon as they could to accommodate me as I was having roof reshingled. They explained what was to be done. Competitive price and a professional job. Easy to deal with and I would recommend them highly.

These guys were great and stated two weeks, but if I was flexiable they could fit me in. I was and they did within 3 days. A+ service well explained and answered every question I had.

Chimney swept which resolved our immediate problem. Inspection showed additional work needed. They explained everything that needs to be done and sent a quote promptly. Very knowledgeable and courteous guys.

I had my chimney swept, mortar replaced on the outside and a cap put on today. I was so pleased with the politeness of the men who came, one being the brother of the owner. They explained exactly what they were going to do and did it all with no mess. I felt very comfortable with their work and their quality as a business. I would highly recommend them and feel very happy to have them as my chimney guys.
