09/08/2018:Reliable. Plan to use her services again. UPDATE 12/17/2018: I hired Rita to clean my kitchen cupboards in September. I posted a review at that time recommending Rita. I didn't inspect every cabinet. The cupboards I use all the time were very clean. I would recommend that if you hire her you totally inspect the work before you pay her. A couple of examples: I have a turntable corner cupboard and a paper cup had fallen off the back. I was getting in the cupboard to clean off the shelf and I found that cup. Took my Swiffer to underneath the turntable and, embarrassingly for me I guess, the Swiffer came out covered in dust. That much dust doesn't accumulate in a closed cupboard in three months. Now just tonight I was emptying the cupboard above my refrigerator. It is caked with that sticky dirt that comes from a cupboard not being cleaned for a long time. I'm sure I will come across more places that weren't cleaned properly. It is so unfortunate - Rita is a really sweet person. But I needed help - and I did not get my money's worth.

Rita was good, but there were streaks left in windows, and my project was far too large for only her to handle. If she had more workers, it would have been better.

She is very reliable, always calls if she is delayed or if she needs to make another change. Works hard while on premises and follows direction well.

Rita is fantastic!

Used her once so far, but I will be calling her again.

I have used her a few times and I am happy with her work

Rita was very quick to respond to my call for service, and the quality of work was well worth the money.

She does what you ask her to do.

She's very pleasant and through .I'm thinking of hiring her for 2x a month. Her prices are great for the work she does.

Great personality. Shows pride in her work. Brings her own supplies. Doesn't require 2 people to do the job. Very reasonable rate.

Rita made time to accommodate our needs as we were on a tight time frame.
