There was NO smoking mirrors or charades, very rare now a days! There should be more businesses with the integrity of Rite-A-Way Garage and Gate!

The technician showed up on time and diagnosed the garage door problem right away. He explained what was needed and after getting the okay from me, got to work right away. He replaced the springs, rollers, and reconditioned the 20-year-old door. He only spent about 30 to 45 minutes and was very polite and personable. It was the best possible experience!

Came through for me in a bind. Arrived and fixed within hours. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Great experience. Would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Rite-A-Way. The initial response to my post was immediate, even though it was after business hours, and an appointment was scheduled for the next day. The tech was prompt and friendly, explained all the issues clearly and gave me several options and recommendations to choose from. He also repaired the spring instead of just telling me it needed replacing and I appreciate that honest approach very much. A part had to be ordered, which was done the next business day, and the second tech was just as professional and went the extra step to remedy a problem with the drywall behind my old wall remote. A great experience with this company from start to finish.

What turned out to unfortunate accident with my neighbor car running into my garage Turned into a wonderful experience. Steve is one of kind and extremely good at what he does and also very reasonably priced and workmanship is top quality and of course he finished the job in one day what else do you expect. In less than 24 hours after getting a quote from Steve for a replacement door and opener it was delivered and installed with all old components removed and a thorough cleanup. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the quality of the installation as well as the components Steve recommended. We highly recommend Rite-A-Way Garage Doors for the high quality of their products and installation at an attractive price.

Rite-away arrived quicker than promised, did the job, was friendly, neat, and professional. In fact, we opted to have him replace the motors on both garage doors AND replace the wheels on the door. Highly recommend Steve and his company.

I contacted HoneAdvisor at about 830am on a Saturday morning about a new garage door opener installation project and Steve contacted us within 10 minutes. He was able to be at our house at 1000 am and We had a new opener installed by 12 noon. I would highly recommend using them.

The repair person Scott was very friendly quick and did a clean job so we are having him come back to do 2 more garage door. He replaced the whole motor assembly and will on our other 2 doors.
