Charlie is a professional in every sense of the word. Does what he says he going to do when he says he's going to do it for the price he quoted. Very responsive. We have used him on several projects around our condo, and will use him again in the future

We hired Rite Way Construction to replace an asphalt shingle roof. The old furnace vent boot was not replaced and leaked the first time it rained. We called Charlie and he did come back once and added more calk, but did not stop the leak. Mildew built up in the attic and could be smelt in the interior of the house. We called Charlie and left several messages but he stopped returning calls. We ended up having to call someone else and pay them $350.00. We were told that none of the old caulking was cleaned up from the old roof before the new shingles were installed around the boot and that the boot had way too many nail holes and deterioration in it to be salvaged. I really hope that is the only issue with the roof but there's no telling for sure.

I spoke to HomeAdvisor on numerous times challenging them to produce a valid copy of a contract endorsed by myself, a canceled check or any Real evidence showing that I did any work for this person or any evidence that this person even exists,.
