I've spent about $30k with Riteway in the past 3 years. Based on my experiences with their services (HVAC replacement, split install, water heater estimate), I can't recommend them, especially considering the premium price tag. Here's a short list of issues we've had: 1 - Mini split makes loud ticking noise (Riteway has been unable to fix this; see video) 2 - Closet door left with gaps and won't open/close without force 3 - Sloppy ductwork has been ineffective 4 - Riteway (accidentally) broke our water heater, took no responsibility, and quoted $4,600 for a new one 5 - Work not completed for months; no proactive followups unless I call/email persistently Hiring this company is certainly the expensive way, but I'm not convinced it's the right way.

I had what turned out to be a collapsed water main pipe while I was out of state. Carlos and his team worked to keep me informed and I was able to have friends put eyes on the work. A quality job at a reasonable price given the amount of work they had to do over 4ish days. I would recommend and certainly rehire

I found they were easy to talk to and they explained what needed to be done.clearly. Suggestion were made and discussed. Other options were discussed and though I didn't plan on going into my debt, I found their suggested project made sense and acturally save me money in the long run. Great Customer Service, Great and clean Install of kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. Also repaired outside valve/emergency shut off value that previous year was replaced but started leaking again for some reason for free because of 2 year warrantee. Gave us Veteran discount and honored our coupon too! Very satisfied with this excellent company and their customer service and work. Would recommend them for any job!
