I am so pleased with not only the weekly maintenance done, but especially with the initial consult. The professional walked my property, which needs a lot of work, and offered a lot of good suggestions that were realistic and would work for the future. I have a small dog, and they never forget to close the gate on my property- this has been an issue with past landscapers. I appreciate that very much. Thank you so much for your help and service!

Business replied promptly, came and gave an estimate. The work was scheduled and completed the next day according to the estimate. Communication was very good. The job (yard clean up) was done very carefully and I had no breakages or damage to my yard or plants. I recommend Rite Way very highly.

Hired Rite Way to trim a row of very tall (9-10 ft) arborvitae shrubs and they did a great job. Arrived on the scheduled date (one of the hottest and most humid days we have had) and got right to work. They trimmed the shrubs and cleaned up all the cuttings in a very reasonable amount of time despite the heat. We are very pleased with them - fair price, good workmanship, and professional. We will be using them again and I would not hesitate to recommend them to neighbors and friends.

Rich and his crew did an excellent job cleaning out weeds in my fences and a cleaning up a bunch of my flower beds on my property. "I'm very confused about your review. You did the leaf cleanup yourself. You asked us to remove the piles of leaves you left at the curb line. I called you within minutes of your request, pulled my guys off another job, brought over a crew of 4 and $70K+ of equipment so as to relieve your concern about your leaves blowing all over your neighbors etc. We pulled out over 10 yards of leaves, charged you a nomial fee and had your job done in about an hour from the time of your initial request. You came out to compliment us and thank me for the quick service. What did I miss? These reviews reflect the type of service we provide. I take them very seriously. If there was something we could have done better I wish you would have said something at the time of service. Your rating doesn't seem to reflect my recollection of the experience."
