Very polite, professional, punctual and HONEST. They did what they said they would do for the agreed price, they showed up on time, they worked hard and did an excellent job removing our old water heater and installing the new one for a fair price (much better than Home Depot would have charged). No tricks in flexible pricing like Home Depot tried to do. They quoted a fee and they kept their word and did a great job. Highly recommended.
