Ryan was first to respond to the request and came relatively quickly. He was needed to fix work after Vigilante came to fix a no heat to baseboards issue which ended in a flood in a tenants apt hours after they left. Ryan took the time necessary to find and fix the issue. Having him come to my house next to assess and price a split duct system replacement. Give him a shot

This was a great experience. I needed my central air replaced after 15 years in East Meadow, Nassau County, Long Island. This was after a leak from the pan of the system messed up ceilings and walls in my home. was able to get Ryan, hands on owner of rivac mechanical. We discussed my need and he recommended for same price as just a central air the ability to upgrade my central air system so that would have forced hot air coming from the sane system in winter. The price was fantastic. And cheaper than other quotes k received fir just central air replacement. Only work outside with a compressor was needed to be replaced. Slight indoor , replaced rotted old ststems pans etc I was amazed at the professionalism care and attention and cleanliness of all the work done. Without my even have told Ryan about potential mold i was worried about from previous system, he put in some uv light that he said would kill motd and keep area health oriented. Ne also put in a nest thermostat with an added wire that would allow me to control the system from google nest app. As an heating oil user after the first season i saved 500 in my oil heating bill as i tested it out and now this winter 2022 i am using the forced air almost exclusively and look forward to a big heating oil savings this year with its high cost at over $5 a contracted gallon . The cooling in summer was fantastic as well so its all year found quiet and more stealth unit outside than i used to have. The install was in one day and ryan has called me regularly to make sure all was wirking and i was happy. I plan to put in a central humidifier with him so my home has normal humidity in winter months. I cant say enough good things about my install experience and ryans customer service orientation on checking in with me. I had him install a system in my daughters home in happaugue whose system also went. Highly and exuberantly recommend Ryan and his company Rivac Mechanical. I would gladly answer questions of my experience and usage for anyone interested.

The technician was very knowledgeable and honest in pricing. He explained everything in detail and discussed options. I would definitely use this company for other HVAC issues and recommend to anyone. The only very minor concern though was that no credit cards were accepted.

Ryan and his team installed a mini spilt system in our house. It was super challenging because we wanted all of the units to be recessed in our old brownstone ceilings. They were great and smart at problem solving, and at communicating with us, making sure decisions that were being made were good with us. Now all you see are the thin outlines of the access panels, and the vent grilles. The system, which Ryan had recommended, works amazingly well! Ryan and his guys were also very reliable and are super nice people!

Ryan replaced my heating system and also installed a new air conditioning compressed! All was completed in 48 hrs. He is very knowledgeable , smart , kind. He did this over Mother Day Sunday and was done by Monday evening. All his assistance were equally professional. I got him from a reliable friend of mine. Left everything very neat, clean and great working order.

Unbelievable service. He hoped over to my apartment in the evening even after having just finished a long day. Very cordial and knowledgeable. And is gracious enough to impart his knowledge to me to teach me about my system. Was very satisfying to watch him troubleshoot his way through to a solution to my problem which ended up being in the electrical panel. Could not recommend him more for his service.
