Mr. Hammond and his crew were highly professional, courteous, neat, and mannerly. I would gladly do business with them again and will recommend them highly to my friends and neighbors. They make sure that the job is done right and work with you to make sure it is what you want and expect. In this time of Covid they took all proper precautions. They went the extra mile to protect us and themselves, as well as making sure the job area was always clean and safe. I really appreciated this team of professionals.

David his crew remodeled my mom's bathroom a few years back. The care, attention to detail, and workmanship was more than we could have hoped for. Since then, we have gotten the same excellent customer service, and trouble-shooting expertise from this most excellent group when installing exterior doors. I appreciate their help with our latest request, as we didn't know who to turn to that we could trust to trouble-shoot our dry vent system set up. Thanks for fixing our problem and we will always call on Rivah Remodeling to do any remodeling/repairs to our house. I give them 10 stars!!!!

Excellent service and workmanship from beginning to end. Tree fell on house. We called and they promptly came out and secured roof with tarp and immediately began to determine and estimate the repairs needed. They worked directly with the Insurance Adjuster to review the repair estimates. The workers did a great job cleaning up after themselves. All repairs were completed in a timely manner. Great personalized service when responding to our concerns. We would definitely use and recommend this company.

Scope: August, 2019. This project was to replace 10 large windows on the front of an A-Frame house that was constructed in 1992. Along with the window replacement was the replacement of the siding, trim and repair water damage. We have had leakage at various places on the front of the house since we purchased the house in 2001. Seeking a Contractor: We contacted several contractors to solicit bids on the project. Rivah Remodeling moved to the front of the pack with their timely response; their thoroughness of the inspection of the property to submit an accurate bid; and their understanding that there would probably be more than meets the eye. Upon request they provided us with proof of insurance, licenses and any necessary documentation proving their worthiness as a contractor. The Project: Rivah Remodeling requested a preliminary work time to expose troublesome areas to further solidify their ability to produce a true estimate, both in cost and time. This preliminary work was done on schedule and with minimal interruption to our home environment. They were then prompt to provide an estimate and a scheduled start date that agreed with our schedule. They did not disappoint. They arrived on the scheduled date, with all the tools, equipment and manpower necessary to start the project. The crew was very organized as to how to proceed on the project. We did not perceive any backtracking or hiccups in the process. At the end of each day we were asked to review the efforts and provide any input or requests. As this was done in the summer months, we were concerned that the front of our house would be open and exposed for lengthy periods of time. Our concern was for our pets, weather exposure, living conditions, etc. This turned out to be no problem. The crew cleaned up and sealed our house as much as possible allowing us to live in a comfortable environment safe from weather and other external exposure. The crew that works for Rivah Remodeling are all first-class people. They are polite, knowledgeable and hard-working. We were very comfortable having each and every member of the crew in our home. An outside contractor was used to order and install the windows. As previously mentioned, there were ten windows in all, some square, some rectangular, some triangular and others of odd shapes. The window contractor measured and ordered the windows and showed up on schedule to install the windows. We were very pleased in this phase as we have heard many stories about projects falling behind due to "the other contractor". This was not the case, and shows that Rivah Remodeling only works with other Class A teams. As with all projects, unexpected problems popped up and extra requests were made by us. Rivah Remodeling was able to solve any problem encountered, meet our requests and stay on target for completion. Final Thoughts: We must compliment Rivah Remodeling on their attention to detail, the high quality of the work completed and the great people to work with. We feel as if we received great value for the cost of the project and will certainly call them again for any future remodeling or repair.

The project started out with an expected completion date of 21 working days. The workers initially showed up erratically then gradually tapered off. Additional damage was found that was apparently there long before we bought the house in 2016 but we were told any further work would need be stopped until we were able to finance an additional $10,000+ leaving other areas of the floor and insulation unfinished. We were also expected to pay costs outside of the terms of the original contract or threatened with a lien on our home. We asked the contractor come back and complete the flooring up to the area of additional repairs with the agreement to prepay to make it safer for our toddler while we were in the process of refinancing our house to be able to pay for the additional repairs. Mr. Hammond has only contacted us through email taking up to several days for a response and refused to return any of our calls or text messages then mostly recently advised us that he had larger more time consuming jobs to complete and did not know when he could get back to our job and suggested we hire another contractor.

We had extensive water damage from broken pipe. Walls, flooring, cabinets, etc. had to be replaced. They did an absolutely wonderful job and it was quicker than I thought it would be. I thought he was reasonably priced also.

They are absolutely amazing, meticulous, explain everything to the customer. His workers are very pleasant, respectful, clean up after themselves, and very easy to work with. They are always prompt
