Rival Roofing

Rival Roofing must be having issues because the phone number I had is no longer in service and if you call their main line, it tells you that they are having issues and to email. Well, I emailed, and no response. I had my flat roof completely remodeled by Rival Roofing. They removed the old roof that was leaking and put on a new roof. There were all sorts of issues, including me having to purchase the rubber from Amazon myself because a week before the project was started they informed me that they would not be able to get the supplies. Obviously, with a leaking roof and spring coming, I was stuck and managed to navigate my way out. I paid cash, and the moment they finished they were hounding me (literally coming to my door unannounced to get the payment). My roof has to puddle, screws coming up and the skylights are leaking less than a year after installation. I have a 5-year warranty from my contract and am now being ghosted. I am going to have to pay another company to come to fix the issues and likely will have to have my roof redone within the warranty window. I will update this review if I hear from them and get help, but as of now please AVOID this company. Not reliable, not professional.

Would definitely recommend this company. They came out the same day that I called. Was able to find the reason my roof was leaking. They were priced fairly. Did the work on a Saturday and even showed up early to get started. He took pictures before, during and after the project so he could explain to us what he was doing. We are very happy with the work done.

The services that we had were very professional. Ramiro was very courteous as were his help. Was on time and the work was done in a very timely manner. The work area was left clean as when they arrived. We were very pleased with this roofing experience. Very prompt service.

Excellent family run business. Reliable!!! Showed up when they said they would to give an estimate and when awarded the job, were prompt, finished in good time, cleaned up the area and removed all construction debris. I will recommend them to my neighbors and friends. Contractors like this are hard to find!

I needed the job done quick but they exceeded my expectations. Came out for an estimate on a Friday and started working on my roofing project the next Friday. They had the job done ahead of quoted time. Their execution and cleanup was great, and I am extremely happy with their work!

This company was very well with communication and planning. It didn t take the whole day as I thought it would! By the time I came back from work (around 4:30pm) they were gone and they left as if they were never here. The pricing was very reasonable and they did a excellent job!
