They were Fast and very Careful on taking down a tree near a fence, and close to the House.

Mickey went out of his way to protect my yard while removing a very large tree. His positive and upbeat attitude is contagious. Price was very fair and work outstanding. What else could you ask for.

We contracted River Bear to trim 20 medium-large size oak and sweet gum trees, top and trim 8 others, and to cut down and remove 1 med size oak. The trees are all located in our yard, which is 2 acres in size and literally contains thousands of shrubs and flowering plant life. So great care had to be exercised by the trimmers to avoid damaging the plant life. In 4 days of trimming, not one single plant was damaged. Debris was hauled away twice per day, and the yard was vacuumed clean at the conclusion of trimming and topping. The owner of River Bear does all of the climbing and sawing himself. In short order it was apparent that he was very experienced in and knowledgeable of the trade processes. And it was clear that he took great pride in his work. His tendency to not settle for less than perfect elongated the duration of the job, but the contract was for a fixed price so while the overrun on job duration worked to River Bear's detriment, it benefitted the customer. A lot of businesses that provide a service could learn a valuable lesson about customer orientation from River Bear. We are immensely pleased with the results of their 4 day effort.

They did an excellent job of taking down limbs that were endangering my porch and roof. They were able to trim the tree to give it a nice, groomed appearance. Cleaned up after themselves. The experience was above and beyond what I originally requested. They went the extra mile. I will have them back soon for some other work that's not as urgent.

The response time for the estimate and then for the work to be done was very quick. A lot of work from two who knew what they were doing so the whole job went quickly. There was continuous checking with us to be certain that the work was exactly what we wanted and it was.

Mickey Osorio did a great job. He climbs trees like a monkey. He cut the limbs off some big oak trees into pieces small enough to handle and without any risk to our house. His estimate was very competitive and he finished the job in record time. If I ever need any trees removed or tree cleanup I would use River Bear Tree Care again.
