High quality product, they delivered on time and scheduled. There were no extra charges or additional fees. They did exactly what they said were going to do and did it on time. There was a couple of things that needed to be fixed and they came back and did it.

We were very pleased with our kitchen remodel. They did a superb job. The craftsmanship was excellent. The people from River City; managers, craftsmen, foreman and all other workers were extremely dependable, honest and have great work ethics. We were so impressed with the kitchen remodel that we asked them to redo the exterior of our home with new siding. Everything turned out perfect. We would recommend this company to everyone looking for honest, dependable people with competitive prices.

Vinyl Siding Install or Completely Replace
They covered every piece of wood with vinyl, even the parts I thought they would not. Jim the sales guy was easy to deal with. We are very proud of our home and the vinyl siding was the kicker.

I I had planned on calling you tomorrow (Monday 19th). Whether I reccommend you or plan to use you on the next project we talked about depends on your response to my problem at present. MY door to my newly glassed in room is so out of line that I cannot use it anymore. It kept getting harder and harder to open and close and now I cannot even go out of it without a 6 inch gap in it's closing. Please call me after lunch concerning this acute problem

The structure is terrific. I feel we overpaid, but got the job completet in i short period. The dissatisfaction is due to me not getting another competitive bid, and relying on the "salesmen" t to be honest. We were promised the color would be bronze but it is definitely black. When addressing this with River City, I was told that it was what the manufacturer declared Bronze. I wanted to persue and obtain a lawyer but my wife ask me to let it go. I take the fault on this one in an effort to get the job done fast, but I would not hire River City to wash my truck .

"The Home Owner purchased a special order product and agreed the job had been completed to her satisfaction upon completion and paid in full for the completed project. Then (2)weeks after completion and the job being paid, a gentleman called and claimed he was not happy with the window, so we have made several attempts to service our product however they will not return calls."

We replaced all of the windows in our home. My husband and I would recommend working with River City Exteriors. Jim Dixon, is a professional who followed the job from the beginning to the end. He came out to check on the contractors to make sure they were doing the job we all agreed on. We also had cement laid and stamped for our patio and that looks great. Jim is someone you want to work with. Overall good quality work and a wonderful business experience.

The sunroom addition is excellent. However, the contractor did not meet my requested schedule and portions of the concrete work (staining and sealing) were mediocre at best. I would recommend this company for sunroom addition and basic concrete work only. I would also recommend that all work be performed while the homeowner is present. Since my project was done on the exterior of my house, I did not remain on the site during construction. This presented clean up problems later.

The painter assigned to the job did not use the brand of paint that we asked and that he agreed to use. He also admitted to using watered down paint.It rained a week later and all of the paint bubbled up and seperated from the wood. He built front steps for us and painted over unsanded putty he used to fill nail holes. The bottom step of the porch now slants inward so water gathers and has to be swept out. Richard, the Salesman for River City did a great job of communicating with us once the job started and was very resposive to our concerns and requests. Again, my concerns are with the SUB contractor's integrity and quality of work.

2x as expensive as others, but quick w/quote, contract, starting work, promised 30 days max. Good workers; managers - showed up 2x unannounced looking for payments that weren't due. Hounded for 3 days for "final" payment tho' minor items remain unfinished. Arrived unannounced Sat morn 21 Jan - my mistake to pay but they were harrassing my office too. Leave msgs wkly - can't talk to them 'business requires us to be out, meeting customers in their homes'. Update 10 June - still waiting for 'final' repairs, specs and warranty info. Won't use again unless under time constraints and w/hold on final payment. Very unsatisfied in the end.
