I selected the air conditioning unit I wanted and in a few days it was installed. They were quick, precise and very professional.

Robin did everything he said would be done. Very pleased with the job so far just been a month. I feel a little pricey but I might be wrong. I went ahead because of good warranty. Happy shopping, at least let robin give you a estimate.

Everyone that we dealt with was very nice and easy to work with. They were willing to go into detail about their quote compared to others which I appreciated. I am still iffy on the final pricing but other portions of their work compensated for that.

They were very professional and replaced my heater and central air in one day. Cost seemed reasonable, would recommend.

Our heat went out on Thurs night 1/10/2019 at 10:00pm. I contacted home advisor immediately, they gave me a short list of potential companies, and I called Riverview right away. Within 10 minutes, I received a text from Robin at Riverview, followed up with a call to him right away. He agreed to meet me at my house the next morning (1/11) & was right on time. Since we had no heat with the first big snow storm of the season approaching (the 2 day Sat/Sun 1/12&13 storm), the owner made sure that stock was available for the new system we ordered. He picked it up himself & had his crew there by 11:15am the same day. We had heat that same night & the crew came back at 9:00am the following day to finish up. We were very grateful that they made our situation a priority. Great job & many thanks. And the system works great.!

The owner, Todd Redding, and his entire team were professional, friendly, flexible, and prompt. I'd hire them again in a second.

Had them install an Airease HVAC system two years ago and nothing but problems since. AC has never worked properly and never cooled the house during hot weather. Always am given a different excuse why and they have been to the house 5 times since the install. Still under warranty, paid over $7200.00 and they say they can do nothing else and that the original company has gone out of business. Do not trust these people.

I had asked for my freon to be checked and recharged if needed. Neithier were done. I was charged over 300 for a coil cleaning and to replace a filter I had changed 2 weeks before hand. None of this changed a thing. My house wouldn't drop below 81 degrees. So I had a friend come out and check it and put 1.5 pounds of freon in for 50 dollars and now my house hits its target temp with no problem. If this company would have did my freon it would have cost me over $250 which I would have been ok with but they wouldn't even check it.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the beginning until the end they were courteous, fast, and just awesome. I highly recommend, they took 2 days to replace my old furace and a/c unit due to the rain which they worked in until it started to get to bad. Robin helped with choosing the right system and the team was fantastic. Thank you James for coming back and working hard to get the job done. You are very pleasant and glad we could joke around. My mother got a chance to hang out with this team and she loved them. Keep Up The Great Work and will definitely get your name out there
