We chose Brock because of his strong communication and attention to detail during the planning phase. Unfortunately, once the project began, our experience was very different. Several of our outlets were installed crooked, and I had to redo many of them myself to ensure they sat straight. We also ran into issues with the plumbing reconfiguration, which left our dishwasher unusable and caused leaks from the P-trap for several days. When these problems arose, we were unable to get in touch with Brock and ultimately had to bring in someone else to fix and replace the work that had been done. While the pricing was reasonable (around the middle of the quotes we received) the overall quality and follow-through did not meet our expectations for what we paid.

Brock did a fantastic job moving our laundry room cabinets up higher on the wall. We weren’t able to use our washer and dryer stacking drawers as the cabinets weren’t high enough for them to fit under. He also hung our patio curtain rods and was very patient as I decided we needed to change the placement midway through the job. Thanks so much Brock!
