Did a very nice job, minimal dust and quality finish.

Prior to paying them communication by email, text, and phone was extremely slow and frustrating. After I paid them they were supposed to return to reconnect the tv and components the next day, but I never heard from them again. They left my house with a mess of wires and said they would come back later or the next day, and never did.! I had to hire someone else to complete that part of the job.

I received 4 estimates before I chose River Floors, and I was NOT disappointed for choosing them. Jaime and his team far EXCEEDED my expectations! We live in a Tudor built in 1932 with two floors of living space covered with hardwood--about 2,000 square feet-- that was very weathered. The River Floors proposal was delivered electronically, as was their final invoice. They started their work on a Thursday and finished by Monday, working through the weekend. Their work was impeccable. The team was wonderful to deal with; they moved the furniture, sanded and coated the floors (2 coats) and then moved the furniture back. They were the hardest working team I've hired; rarely taking breaks throughout the days. The reason I gave them a 4.5 on customer service was because their communication was spotty after the proposal was signed and before the work started. Ultimately, they started on a Thursday when I asked them to confirm a start earlier for in the week, but that which had to be delayed because of another project. However, once they got started, the communication got better and expectations were met. Every day, they arrived when they said they would and in the end, finished one day earlier than they said they would need at the start of the project. I give them my highest recommendation!

We hired River Floors to refinish the wood stairs in the house. Jamie and his team were very professional, and treated us kindly and with courtesy. They provided free inspection and estimates, and they did a perfect job refinishing (sanding & staining) the stairs and matching the color with the other wood floor in the house. They even gave a 3 year warranty. I will definitely hire them again in future and highly recommend them to anyone wanting to do wood flooring work.

Our floors are absolutely beautiful! We consulted with many different contractors and River Floors was our 1st choice and we are SO satisfied with the work they did. We completely refinished the wood floors In our home and they were even successful in removing a stain that had been left from laundry detergent. Donâ t hesitate. Choose River Floors!

I am enjoying my hardwood floors. The removal of carpet, sanding and 3 polyurethane coatings took only two days from start to finish. I feel I got my money s worth every time I look at my living room, dining room and hallway

I used them to refinish my downstairs floors and stairs. They gave me a fair quote and the quality of the work was exceptional. I had a tight timeline to meet and they got to work right away and finished on time. I would highly recommend them and will use them them in the future to refinish my upstairs floors when Iâ m ready.

Prompt service, my floors are Beautiful! I needed my 30 year old hardwood floors refinished. They were able to complete the job in one day. Only negative we had to move the furniture back after 72 hours. Love my floors and steps.

I elected to hire River Floors because they moved the furniture from one side of the house to the other and by doing so our lives were not so disrupted during this process. They were on time each day and very professional. They finished on time and my floors look amazing. I went with the more expensive professional finish that dried quickly and is supposed to be harder.
