I am the victim of a grand deception. I hired Francis Molfetta to do a full house renovation in September. He said he would finish the house faster if he stayed there with the workers. He was supposed to be finished before or by December 3rd at the latest. I paid him the contract in full, and he was constantly asking for more money for extras like electricity and plumbing, which were all part of the contract! He was living in my house with his girlfriend. He took all of my money and did not complete even a quarter of the work for which he was hired. He then took everything I bought for the house, including brand new kitchen appliances, kitchen stools, a bathroom sink, cabinets, flooring, a kitchen backsplash, another refrigerator I bought for the basement, light fixtures, a stove hood, and a lot more materials, and fled with my keys. I tried reaching him, but he blocked me. He left my house in complete disaster! I contacted my lawyer and the authorities. He is on the run now but will be locked up soon, along with his accomplice Kevin, who helped him load all my stuff in his red truck and white trailer. He drives with a fake Alabama dealer plate. Please stay away from this scammer.

I Highly recommend they came and did my roof in one day. 3 of my Neighbors used them after they seen how fast they did it. On time friendly and the owner is very passionate about the job he did for us. Great price too thank you so much! They did my driveway too! Had to give them separate reviews because both jobs were done amazing and this company needs to be recognized for its excellent work

I read the review this company has and there is no way they The negative ones are true !!!! I mean the owner Francis came to my house several times and made the process so easy!! So polite on time and a complete gentleman. Other contractors said the project would take a month this company came in and had it done in 2 and a half weeks The job they did is amazing! They stand behind there work and do everything they say my wife wonâ t deal with any other companyâ s anymore we are waiting until January to get our bathroom done by them. Such a well rounded company they did our driveway backyard walkways and roof! I highly recommend! Amazing experience if you donâ t hire them youâ re missing out!

Great work responsible and on time did everything they said they would!

Do Not Hire River Quality Contracting Corp. owner Francis L M. Horrible, dangerous and poor workmanship. He started a project in my backyard back in the beginning of April and it's still unfinished. Concrete is cracked in several slabs didn't lay metal before pouring the concrete it's on the contract, Has no idea how to installed a Deck with stairs and railing all unsafe to walk on and unfinished. Installed gas pipes to the gas meter and poured concrete over the gas meter value making it unsafe and dangerous said he had a license plumber which was a lie. Then turn around a called the Building Dept because I complained about his poor and sloppy work. Said he has Permits none were filed and I was Issued numerous Violation Summons and gas shut costing me thousands of dollars to repair to get my gas on. I have pictures to prove it. I would NEVER recommend Francis L M or his workers to anyone.

Francis means well but he cannot stick to a deadline nor a shedule.
