Great job!

I can not say enough good things about this company. We had storm damage to our roof. Initially, our insurance company only wanted to pay for repairs. (Not acceptable to have a mismatched roof!!) Todd and his team went to work taking photos and presenting the need for a roof replacement to our insurance company. They came multiple times and even met with an engineer the insurance company sent. And, they were successful in gaining approval for our roof to be replaced! Beyond that, the roofing crew was amazing. Every worker was polite, respectful and professional. The worked quickly and efficiently. The most amazing part was the clean up. They combed every inch of my flower beds surrounding the house, checking shrubs and lawn for at least 20 feet from the roof line for nails, scraps, etc at least twice. Following installation Todd came out for a 'walk around' inspection. He saw a couple of MINOR things that he thought were not perfect. I would have never noticed these things, but the next day he had a crew right out to correct them. Not only is the work crew amazing, it is a pleasure to deal with the office staff. They are very helpful in guiding you through what will take place and scheduling work. Very satisfied with this company from start to finish. I hope I don't need a new roof anytime soon, but if I did they'd be my only phone call.

I LOVE MY NEW ROOF !! Trevor, Josh, & Kim were so helpful. Just talking to them made me feel like Family. The workers were very polite and never stopped working. They kept everything picked up and clean. Kim was so helpful with picking the color of my new roof and I sure am thankful because I LOVE IT. Trevor kept in contact with me the whole time and made sure I was happy. And, Josh worked with my Insurance Adjuster which saved me alot of Time & Energy. So glad Josh & Trevor came to visit me after that Awful Hurricane hit Alabama.

Todd and crew are awesome! I had damage to occur my roof and some windows in my house over Easter weekend. After working with my insurance company USAA I was recommended by a friend to call River Region Contracting, that was the best decision I made. The roofing crew was top notched my roof is perfect. Plus my yard after they got through looked like it was manicured by a professional grounds person. The door glass and windows the either needed new glass or replaced were done as good if no better than the manufacturer would have done. If your in the river region and needing home repairs please consider these guys, you want be disappointed.

I originally called for a repair estimate on a leaking roof. They offered the estimate with no pressure to do any more than I had asked. Since the leaking area was fairly large, I eventually decided to replace the shingles on the entire roof. The crew that came out was polite and cleaned up well upon leaving.

Guys did a great job and were very polite. I appreciated that they were on time and didn t leave til job was done. It was not a job, but they made sure it was done correctly and did not make me think it was insignificant to do a small job

River Region Contracting offered some of the best customer service I've had with a contractor. From the initial contact, to working with my insurance company and through the job completion, they were in constant communication. There were several delays in the project due to weather and other unforeseen issues, but they always communicated in a timely manner. They completed the work on a Saturday and Sunday - which was unnecessary, but I appreciate their commitment to completing the work. Kym, Jason, Todd and all of the crew were fantastic to work with. I would definitely hire them for any roofing work needed. They even repaired interior damage caused by a roof leak. Pricing was up front and extremely reasonable. A+

Questions and issues were addressed immediately. The Roofers were professional, efficient and fast. Their prices were comparable to other bids. The experience was as it should be. I had a little bit of a hard time tracking someone down to talk but once I finally got in contact, Jason was very friendly and worked very hard to find tiles for my roof. We're still working with the insurance but I do recommend this company in a pinch.
