Excellent problem solving, communication, work, and clean-up. The entire team were so friendly, careful, and good at their work. The drainage project was complicated because our area does not connect with public drainage. Jason determined the best solution and drew out plans for us to understand his concept. We were worried that many of our plants would be ruined because of the amount of trench work that had to be done to lay the drainage pipe down. Despite having to take all the plants up, they were all put back in place and are doing well. Even our gardener was surprised at how carefully the plants were re-planted, and fared well. We always knew when the team planned to come and they were very friendly and kind while they worked. Can't say enough good things about this team.

We hired Jason and his team to repair a complex crawl space in a home built on a hill in 1983. In addition to the traditional sump pump installation, sealing the space, installation repair; he replaced foundation posts, and brought in a certified electrician to resolve lighting issue in the space. His bind was fair and in detail so we knew exactly what to expect. He was clear about what we could accomplish with this project. He kept to his proposed schedule, kept to the budget and completed the work on time. I would highly recommend this company for similar projects.

River Rock General Construction did a great job for us. Jason and his team delivered the work as promised in spite of encountering unforeseen circumstances. They have a work ethic not often seen in today's world. We are grateful to them for correcting our crawl space problem, and would use them again for future work.

Jason and his team were very professional. They respond reasonably quickly to messages, arrive when they say they will, and continue the work until they finish. They also carefully inspect their work, and do a thorough cleanup when finished. I have since hired them for another job.

This is a very professional operation. Jason Leon helped me assess some drainage issues with my driveway. The work required installing a drain along 30 ft of the driveway. The crew arrived as scheduled, completed the work in one full day, cleaned up the site, and returned for a follow-up assessment. The drain works perfectly. I would highly recommend them.
