We hired then with an estimate of about 1400.00 the bill came in at 2500.00 and most work was not performed. I understood that the cost would be 60.00 per hour per person and we had 2 persons. They were not able to do all the work we expected in a days time. They arrived on site at 9:30am and left about 3:30pm, but again I did not realize I was also paying for each man 60.00 per hour to drive to and from their shop to the site. So I basically had 26 hours of actual work but was billed 35 hours. As long as you understand this you will be fine. I consider this my fault for not asking. Ask for a materials list, I am sure it was an innocent accident or over sight but they also billed me a couple hundred extra for materials. They did quickly adjust for it. The work they did was really good and I am very satisfied, they did install 2 new panel boxes and hook up a tankless water heater in 2 days. So for that they get 5 stars . Even though we pulled the big/main wires to the boxes ourselves. I did have to hire another company to do the outlets and switches.
