Update. A few weeks after the contract was terminated, Travor came back to patch up things in his own inititive. We were able to work things out and had a new contract.which covers all the remaining content of the original contract. It turns out one of the reasons he quit was someone rumored that I would not pay him in the end. We were able to clear the misunderstanding. Things went well without a glitch. Even when I asked for things beyond the contract, Trevor would accommodate with reasonable fees. Trevor has fulfilled every aspect of the contract he promised to perform and my project is progressing well. If I am asked to rate him today, I will give a five star.
