Landscape - Install Landscaping for Yard or Garden
I hired Jesus on August 8 for landscaping around the house. He said it would be done in a week or two, he asked for half up front ($1,200) didnt show the first week. Worked one or two hours one day a week the next two months for a 2-3 day job. Tried to upcharge constantly. What work he did was substandard. October 5, worked less than 30 minutes. I told him to finish the job we agreed on which he wanted more money. Packed his gear up and said he was going to another customer. I terminated him and told him not to come back. BBB complaint filed. BUYER BEWARE!!!

We hired him on June 3rd to build our fence, he informed us it would take a month for him to start. He then delayed the project until August 2nd because he was behind on other projects. On August 2nd, he worked for 30 minutes, showed up a week later, and does 45 minutes of work. When we discussed terminating the contract, he said, "no we couldn't do that just because things haven't been completed." He attempted to add additional charges for services, after which we decided to terminate the contract, and have him trespassed from our property. We paid him $3500, which was half the cost, and we have no fence. We will be seeking legal action, as well as reporting him to the Better Business Bureau.

"All material is at there property fence posts are in the ground with concrete And backfield Reason I'm not finishing the fence is due to racist comments and lack of respect Always talk and have a contract with customers on how defense is going to be installed they wanted to change it last minute I had no problem with it there was additional costs they said they weren't paying told me to get off their property called me racist names and threatened me. I will not tolerate Racism or disrespect from my customers."

Paid the company money but did not receive the door. I paid the money upfront on Thursday and did not receive the door until Monday, he would say that he would come and then he wouldnt show up for a few days but eventually it was resolved.
