I was in need of a deep clean to be completed before the weekend. Maria was able to accommodate my schedule and special requests at a reasonable price. The team worked very hard during their time on site and did an exceptional job. The place looks and feels great. Overall, the experience has motivated me to maintain the standard of cleanliness that Maria and her team imparted. Also, the team worked well with my two cats...Maria ensured that my cats were protected from any possibly harmful cleaning products.

Even though we were on a timeline because of your move from California and having to take everything out from the storage units you had outside of your house and family coming the day after, we still took our time to try to do the best we could. I know there are some areas that no matter how much effort we put to bring it back to looking great or new, it is almost impossible specially if previous owners do not take good care of it. This was a complete move-out clean. Maria was quick to respond and worked with me on the scheduling. She and her team arrived on time and worked continuously until done. She went out of her way to reach the high areas and fans. I had no idea what to expect on price, but Maria assessed the house and provided services at a reasonable rate. She was very concerned to know exactly what I needed before she started, and then did a very thorough job. I will definitely use her again.

She came over to give me an estimate the same day I called her, and asked lots of questions to make sure she understood exactly what needed to be done. It was such a pleasure to come home to a sparkling clean home! She pays attention to the details. I highly recommend her and will definitely hire her on a regular basis.

I had the deep cleaning service. They called back fast and performed the service quickly. The job they did was excellent. They quoted a price range of $200 - $250 for a 1100 sq ft house which is 4 times what I pay for my 2000 sq ft house. I agreed to the price because the residents had been sick and they would be working in a house full of germs. Before I hung up she said "and it could be $275". Guess what she charged $275. Good work but you will pay dearly for it.

I needed an emergency cleaning on Sunday night, and Mrs. Ravera and her crew were the only ones willing to accommodate the request. Her and her crew did a wonderful job restoring my house back to its original state. I would recommend and use Maria anytime!

Maria was prompt in all communications, from initial inquires to final requests. Her team scheduled around our small window of opportunity and addressed our specific requirements with professional courtesy. We were unable to inspect the house after her team cleaned it for sale, however our realtor completed a thorough examination of each room, top to bottom. He was so impressed with Maria and team that he mentioned to us that he would be recommending them to future clients. The pictures Maria sent us of before and after work were remarkable.
