Troy was very professional and spent a good amount of time for the actual inspection. He walked us through the house at the end of the inspection to point everything out in person, and further sent a very detailed report. Very thorough in his work. Would use again.

We hired Troy to do an inspection on our home that we were purchasing. We knew it needed a few updates and Troy came out and looked over absolutely everything. He communicated greatly with us about the things we needed to do and made sure we understood everything. It really shows how much he knows. We received our final report that same day! Very happy with his business and would recommend to anyone!
