Chad is competent and wants to do what is right for the roof. He has all the equipment to take care of everything, including walking the ground with a magnet to pick up nails. He has a knowledgeable crew that works hard and steadily, as I can attest to by the noise they made. Chad kept me informed of his scheduling. When he told me his starting day, he and his 3-man crew showed up at 7:00 a.m. My 25 square roof was torn off, repaired and the weather protective underlayment was stapled down that first day. The next day they shingled, cleaned up, and everything was complete! I am very pleased with my new roof. P.S. It rained the following day.
