Absolutely horrible!!! I paid 1000 dollars for a basic ceiling drywall install, painting of a bathroom and a drywall sanding and painting of another side hall area. Horrible! Left a mess...spackling and sanding was horrible. Painting was even worse!!! How the hell this company has 5 stars is beyond me! Painting soooo bad. Pealing after a week in my bathroom! They used the wrong paint I bought! Paint spots everywhere. Paint cut in horrible! Just the worst! I love to post pictures! Do not use these people!!!! Matter of fact they are posted on Homeadvisor so I also hold them accountable! I am a sucker for paying that much. My wife and I were had.

All work completed in a timely and professional manner. Workers kept the home as clean as possible during interior construction. Would use the company again for drywall projects.

I was really happy to have found these guys. I needed to install drywall in one room and they were able to get me a contract the next day and get started 2 days later. I'll definitely give them a call when we're ready for our next project.

Sean and the guys at Riverside are amazing to say the least. I bought a fixer upper that required a descent amount of work such as 2 kitchen remodels, roofing, entire porch demo and rebuild, all new windows, trim, mold treatment, a new driveway, beam replacement, etc. Sean walked the house with me when I was under contract so that I could have an idea of what needed to be done as well as estimates. I closed on the house on December 23. He had permits to the town by December 26 as well as his workers starting jobs that didn t require permits. I haven t even owned the house for a month, and the work was complete in a timely fashion. Sean and his workers also communicated with me daily to let me know if any updates as well as minor challenges that may have arises and provided me options to address them. Anything I needed, they took care of it quickly and efficiently. I am greatly appreciative that I will be able to advertise my first floor apartment for rent before my first mortgage payment is even due. They are awesome!

My wife and I called 5 companies to check why and where our 11 year young roof was failing. 4 showed companies showed up. Only Riverside and another performed a thorough inspection (with vids and pics) out of the 4 total estimates Riverside was the highest by few hundred over the 2nd highest. After a hose/water test and 4 heavy storms WE ARE MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMENDING RIVERSIDE HOME IMPROVEMENTS to any homeowner reading this review. They took over the remainder of the warranty for our roof. Can t put a price on that!!! Especially when the roofer who originally installed our roof disappeared.

I hired Riverside Home Improvement for kitchen remodel. The end result was better than what I expect. Sean the owner listened to all of my concerns and ideas, and made sure that every detail I requested was incorporated exactly how I wanted. His teams were great, especially his lead foreman Dan who made sure that everything came out perfect the first time. I am glad we chose Riverside!

Sean was very responsive and sent polite, engageable workers to my home. His team was here even when I was at work, because I trust him. This is the second job he did for me. The job was turning a screened in porch into a home office for a new work from home job, and he added on mid-week making an attic floor for me. He still finished the job on time. We hired 3 roofers before Riverside who couldn't get the job done. Riverside is a family business that's been around for 15 years. They can provide references of happy customers (like me!). They're smart, identify complex problems quickly, expert at roofing (including with tough issues like our potential flooding issue), responsive to calls/texts, show up promptly for scheduled appointments, and charge a fair price.

This project was to update my master bathroom. In addition to removing the old vanity cabinets, counter tops and toilet and replacing with new, upgraded components, they also replaced the tile in the shower with new tile and re-grouted all of the bathtub and shower tile. They also patched and repaired drywall in the master bathroom and re-painted the drywall to better match the new cabinets and marble countertops. I am very happy with the finished project. Excellent work at a very fair price and superb project management, customer service and support by Korey. We had an issue with one of the subcontractors that delayed the project and required Korey's intervention and very close attention, which he accomplished very effectively. I highly recommend Riverside Home Improvements LLC for their excellent work, fair pricing and superb customer service.

Nice work but over priced.

Sean was a pleasure to work with. We had an issue that was relatively time-sensitive. He came by the same day he initially reached out for a consultation. He promised he would take care of us and he held to that promise. Our biggest requirement during the process was to feel that we were being communicated with. He was very communicative throughout the process, touching base 2-3 times a day and coming after the day's work to inspect progress. We felt that we were in great hands with a professional team. We have plans on using Sean and his company again for any service we need. It makes us feel very good that this is also a family run business. You can feel the love and effort that they put into their projects. When you work with them you will feel like family.

Called on Tuesday, they came on Wednesday for review of damage and provided estimate. Started work on the Monday. Due to water damage, kitchen cabinets and worktop had to be removed, spraying for mould, replacing sheet rock, then replacing cabinets and worktop. Took two days and the damage was minimal, lot less then I expected. Overall a good experience and a reasonable price.

Amazing experience with them. Quality work, they went above and beyond. Great pricing, they work fast and make sure everything is done to your liking. Will use them again on my next project for sure!

Quick cheerful and great quality of work.

I had an emergency with a roofing issue in a tenants apartment . I got 4 estimates, and although Riverside was not the least expensive, I was promised The work would be done the next day, a much better warranty, and a one day timeframe to complete the work. Everything was completed as promised, all debris was removed the same day, and I have a very happy tenant! Will absolutely use them in the future.

Sean and Corey were knowledgeable courteous, punctual and experienced.I highly recommend for any project!

Sean, the owner, is terrific as well as his team, Kory, JJ and Tommy. They work well together and are efficient, professional and easy to work along with throughout the project. Like a well oiled machine they are the best guys I have the pleasure to call my go to guys now for future projects! Thanks everyone for a job well done!
