Septic Tank Cleaning or Pump Out
I made a big mistake to hire this company for the service. Their customer se told me the cost will be $375 for 1,500 gallons pump and the their guy came and pumped for less than 30 minutes and told me that it was 1,200 gallons that he pumped. He didn't do a good job because he was in a hurry that he doesn't want to stuck in the traffic and he charged $425. I will never hire them again

"Hello , I am sorry you were not satisfied with the pumping , you were quoted a base amount when we arrived the tank had grease mixed in there and had not been pumped in a long time . The extra charge was for the mixture, we have to take it to a special dump facility to empty it and it is very expensive. And you did not get charged the full amount you were given a discount. And as far has the time it took , we have brand new high power pumps on our trucks , we can pump a big Commerical tank fast if you felt it was to short of time well my trucks have new equipment on them to get the jobs done quickly and efficiently . I wish you would of cont"

We had a great experience with Danny and his crew at Independent Pluming. They where very informative and upfront. We had them pump and repair a wall all in one day. He’s guys are very friendly. And the pricing was great!! Thank you!!!

Called the company at 3:00 pm on a Friday before Christmas. Driver appeared at 4:20 and went right to work. Emptied a 1,000 gal tank and was on his way by 5:30. I was amazed. Asked minimull job related questions got it done.

"Hello , we took care of the job . We went back out a re pumped the tank for free even though it?s not our responsibility for the working condition of your septic system . My guy explained to you your leach field is failing that's water is flowing back into your tank . I not sure what company you called to go back out but we went back out for free to keep you satisfied. And as far as the expense , we Dug up and pumped and installed a access pipe for you to have easy access to your tank . What you were charge was for all The work that we did . I'm sorry for your System not being in top notch shape , we did what most companies-would not do and"
