Had been having an issue with my unit, and with the hot summer months rapidly approaching, I needed a resolution quickly. Called Luke and he was as punctual as they come - arriving within the hour. His professionalism and customer service is truly something to marvel at. Not to mention, he was able to identify and resolve the issue right away. Happy to have a nice and cool living space again.
