Jim did a truly excellent job. He directed me in the process of selecting a new PC that was an excellent value and finely honed to my needs of function, flexibility and growth. He ordered, installed and configured the machine for me. Then he quickly and thoroughly set up all of the programs which I needed. Jim did all of this, and more, for a surprisingly low price! He’s a very friendly guy and a quality professional.

Jim responded quickly and provided excellent service. As a former computer professional and a senior citizen, I recommend Jim without reservation. He knows what he is doing and has a pleasant, easygoing manner. My laptop had a BIOS issue that prevented it from booting. Jim determined that the hard drive was defective and was able to extract and save my files. The laptop was still under warranty and he helped me prepare it for return to the manufacturer. Jim goes the extra mile!
