We got hit with a major hail storm and my insurance agent referred me to Riverview Builders to have our repairs done, and I'm glad they did. The work was completed quickly and professionally and Thomas was great about keeping us informed every step of the way and helping us work with insurance and understand our coverage. We had a new roof about a week after our estimator came out. I would recommend them without hesitation!

I needed some repair work done on my ceiling in one of my rooms last week and Thomas made my project a priority, even with their already busy schedules, so we could keep our business running smoothly. The whole crew was great to work with. They did an excellent job and the room looks amazing!

Westby, Wisconsin was hit by a major hail storm on April 14, 2026. Baseball size hail throughout the city. Anything with western exposure was pounded. Roofs, siding, windows and automobiles. This is stuff you see on TV. It will never happen to me. Well it did. You quickly find out that you need someone with experience with damage like this and someone that knows how to deal with insurance companies, especially, when you are dealing with a three story, historic tobacco warehouse, built in 1895. A couple of days after the storm, I met Thomas from Riverview Builders. We hit it off right away. I could tell in speaking with him face to face, he was an honest "straight shooter" and we shared the same values. I had a 40' x 100' warehouse that had been through a 10+ year restoration that had just been pelted by Mother Nature and Thomas had promised me he could make it look as good or better than it did on April 13. He immediately went to work on it. Lucky for us the siding and windows were readily available. They were ordered and arrived within two weeks. A week later, the siding and the seven broken windows were replaced. It looked like nothing had ever happened. A week later, the hail beaten standing seam roof was removed and new roof sheathing and a new standing seam roof was installed. The best roof the building has ever had in 130+ years of existence. During this construction time we were also dealing with the insurance company. This is when I truly found out what little I knew about insurance and I knew I had the right contractor and person for the job. Thomas handled everything with the insurance company very professionally and I was very impressed with the communications between him and I. Never once did I feel like I didn't know what was going on with both the construction and the insurance company. To have a project of this magnitude substantially completed in this timeframe and with the best in craftsmanship, is a miracle. While I never care to go through something like this again, if it were to happen, Riverview Builders will get my business again. We had old cedar siding, soffits and facia replaced by Riverview Builders and they did a terrific job. From the first meeting we were impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail. Thomas answered all our questions and made sure we understood each step of the process. Our home is much older and it's was evident that they were knowledgeable about older homes and their special needs. The crew was kind and did a great job on installation. We appreciate the hard work they put in and are glad to of chosen them for the project! I would highly recommend them!
