The service I received was tremendous. Philip and Nick were courteous, kind and most of all understanding while maintaining their professionalism. They were also very flexible due to us having a newborn they had to come out a few times before the job was complete. Most others would certainly not have been as flexible and remain as patient. They also remained punctual throughout their visits They explained everything they were doing. They would certainly go in-depth if asked but it was not necessary for us. I will without a doubt call on them again when I need something done.

"Yes, that is only because the customer requested that the window be repaired immediately due to the outside temperature (same-day service). We understood the urgency and therefore adjusted our schedule to accommodate her request. We arrived at 10 AM on Saturday, November 7, removed the broken window and returned with the new window only four hours later. We completed the installation, cleaned up the area including the adjacent windows, so that we could take a completion photo. Fortunately [Consumer name withheld at their request] was pleased with the job and the cost, but unfortunately she was displeased with the timing. We strive and continue to try pleasing and accommodating all of our customers. Therefore we welcome all feedback so that we may be better today than we were yesterday. We hope that someday [Consumer name withheld at their request] will appreciate and understand our timeliness, and hope that she will call us for any job that she may require in the future. We hope that you are enjoying your new window, [Consumer name withheld at their request] and the views that are beyond...Phil"
