They worked on the weekend to get it set up for an upcoming holiday. As long as I have Russell and Riverway I will have a fully functional pool. When we built this pool, 20+ years ago, I added fountains in the catch basin. They NEVER worked! Service people said the pump was burned out: it wasn't. Russell fixed the lights, added a Jandy system and replaced one pump....at a fraction of the price quoted by Hines and Leslie's. He drove to GIDDINGS to get the 45 degree elbows to make the sprayers work! VOILA! He's fair, reasonable, knowledgeable, responsive, neat and NICE!. He's on my speed dial!

Russell replaces all of our pool equipment, some of which we purchased ourselves. He took care of everything and made sure we were 100% happy. He is the best in the area.

We could not be happier that we selected Russell to install a heat pump for our pool. He is extremely friendly and professional, prompt to answer calls/emails, and is quick to provide updates. While trying to decide on which heat pump to purchase, Russell provided three different quotes for three different heat pump manufacturers/models. He gave us a few days to research and answer a few questions. Heat pump was installed and up and running without any hiccups. He even prettied up plumbing that was done during a previous repair by a different pool service company. I would highly recommend Russell and we will be using him for other pool services in the future!!
