Vinyl Liner for Swimming Pool Replacement
Richard Thomson was very pleasant to deal with in the beginning. Gave him a $3000.00 deposit towards pool liner installation in April and was told liner would be installed in May. Had some delays with liner being in stock but should be installed by June. Have not heard back from this company Richard Thomson has ignored my emails. I am now left with a drained pool with the old liner falling in I am upset and concerned that the walls will start to buckle without water in the pool. I should have done better research on him when he said he was a start-up company. I have now found that he goes by Vinyl Pools LLC as well as Rix. I have discovered a phone number for his address but no answer as yet when I've called. Buyer beware, if the quote sounds too good to be true, it probably is. My husband and I are both retired and really have missed having our pool. I don't know what to do to resolve this. I will give them a little more time to respond before taking any action.
