The plumber came sooner than originally planned and was very nice. There were some unexpected problems with the shower/tub diverter, but he persisted until it was fixed. The only thing I regret is that they had not taken into account the possibility that there could be such problems, though they probably run into this often. The job got done and the price was reasonable.

Rizzo was extremely professional, knowledgeable and fair. They quoted me half of what a different plumber previously quoted me. They will not lie or rip you off.
