He promised to come back 3 time to fix the work as his workmanship was not quality work and never did come back. Really felt he took advantage of my mom who is 86 years old

Rick, did the job the same day he called. He stopped by returning from a call he had in Pt. Charlotte and it was after 6pm. He did not try to rush through the job and it took him nearly 2 hours, because of the adjustments necessary to line it up. Despite the additional work and time he did not change the price he quoted when we made the appointment.
